On a rainy Friday afternoon, our Secondary 3 cadets headed down to Swiss Cottage Secondary School for their Leadership & Mentoring Skills Course conducted by our area's Honorary Officer, Sim Guo Chen. They learnt useful things such as the different types of leaders as well as methods they can adopt to tackle issues such as handling difficult cadets in the future. The course wouldn't have been an interesting one without the effort of the HO for adding in interactive sessions such as the Kahoot! online game for the cadets to play. Kudos to the hosting school for successfully organizing the session as well as our Secondary 3 cadets for their active participation! May your Cadet Leader journey be a smooth one :D
